  We chose this Centre because a friend used it. On arrival they had a Scarecrow out the front of the Centre. It scared my child and he did not want to go inside. I discussed the Scarecrow with the staff and wrote it in enrollment notes that it was scaring my child. But after two weeks the ScareCrow remained and my child begged me to not have to stay at the Centre. So I pulled him out and changed to a different Child Care Centre in Byford. In the end my child was only at this Centre for two weeks and I had to pay another two weeks notice even though it was not possible to have my child attend because he hated it there. There is no govt rebate for when your child does not attend the termination period's last day. But I only found this out later as the Byford Childcare Centre misled me by first sending me an invoice to cover the last two weeks that they later replaced with a second invoice for the same period with the big surprise that I had to pay full price because of their stuff ups.
  All kids from toddlers to largest kids in one room till 8am. Then just two rooms to divide all kids so there are too young kids in one room and too old kids in another room. So ok these are caused by the layout of the building but I suspect is contributes to the carers being run down. I needed to stay at least 30 minutes a couple mornings trying to get my child to settle down. I have not had to do that before.
  The outdoor play area is very good as it has nice grass and a good playground. Kids play games on screens in the morning.
  
  To validate the experience for my child. After a two week break I placed him in another child care centre in Byford and he loves it so much that I increased his days. Then my friend pulled her child out of this centre to follow us to the other Centre.
