They seem to struggle with their processes and as a result it is important to talk through with them what is likely to happen with your repair. But having moved to Byford and needing to find a new mechanic I can trust, then these guys achieved that. They found the fault very fast so that all the expense went in to parts and labour to do the job. My previously trusted mechanic could not find the fault and I always would have rated them 5 stars. I give HBS four stars because with a little effort on their processes they could charge more evenly and have their customers more at ease.
